ATTENTION FEPS Users - AIM SSO Migration to Azure SSO:
To enhance the security of Conduent Enterprise Application, we have made a change to how you access the FEPS portal. FEPS has migrated SSO from current vendor to Azure SSO. This change is effective from November 29th at 02:00 AM-MT.
Changes to FEPS Login Process: The way you log in to FEPS has been changed.
1. You will use your Conduent email as your User ID instead of your WIN ID to log in. The password will remain same as your current O365 password.
2. If you don’t have a Conduent email address, you will continue to use your WIN ID or CID to log in with the following format, and the password would be your current O365 password.
WINID@conduent.com
(e.g., 12345678@conduent.com)
Or
CID@conduent.com
(e.g., C1234567@conduent.com)
3. Two-factor authentication will likely be required, unless working from a Conduent location.
For those who have never set up
two-factor authentication, please reference this brief demo video on how to enroll in two-factor authentication
