Attention FEPS Users Managing US Employees:

The next US Payroll Freeze Day falls on the US Holiday (Martin Luther King Jr. Day). As a result, the freeze deadline has been postponed 24 hours from Monday, 19 January 2026 to Tuesday, 20 January 2026.

And those who perform Previous Period Adjustment (PPADJ) actions in FEPS should NOT attempt to do so on Tuesday (20 Jan 2026).  Please wait until after 1:30 PM US-CT on Wednesday, 21 Jan 2026 to process a PPADJ in FEPS.

Above changes are NOT affected to US Contractor/Non-US SBU's in FEPS.
